Eligibility for Refunds:

 

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

 

Refunds are not applicable to digital or non-returnable items.

 

 

How to Request a Refund:

 

Contact our customer support with your order number and reason for the return.

 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange the return process.

 

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.

 

 

Important:

Cash on Delivery is available only within Pakistan. Refunds for COD orders will be processed after the product is returned and inspected.
